Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Indianapolis, IN)

Nova West Foods is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for allergen controls, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for allergen controls. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with sanitation schedules. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
