Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Houston, TX)

We are growing our team at Redstone Forge Care Services Associates and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for care plans. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Houston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
