Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Houston, TX)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Ashton Care Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for licensing. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Houston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
