Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Houston, TX)

Lumen Summit Financial is a financial-services company in Houston, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for loan applications. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with vendor spend. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
