Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Houston, TX)

Nova Granite Financial is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for account servicing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Houston. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for account servicing. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with vendor spend. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Houston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
