Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Houston, TX)

Highbridge Mill Energy Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for service connections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for service connections. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with billing disputes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
