Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Honolulu, HI)

Northwind Ivory Banking Services is a regional lender in Honolulu with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 73 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for deposit accounts. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with branch operations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
