Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Honolulu, HI)

Clearpath Wilder Medical is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for complaint handling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for complaint handling. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with training materials. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
