Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Honolulu, HI)

Clearpath Ridge Construction is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for subcontractor invoices, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for subcontractor invoices. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with materials orders. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
