Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Honolulu, HI)

We are growing our team at Cedar Fern Foods and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for cold storage. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with production batches. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
