Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Honolulu, HI)

Northwind Maple Water Authority supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Honolulu and nearby communities, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. Our work is invisible when it goes well, and we are proud of that. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for pipe repairs. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with treatment plant data. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
