Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Honolulu, HI)

Ironwood Union Civic Services supports public agencies in Honolulu with budgeting, records and programmes. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for procurement. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
