Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Honolulu, HI)

We are growing our team at Redstone Ashton Health Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of about 812 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for referrals. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with clinic supplies. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
