Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Honolulu, HI)

Westbrook Umber Health runs clinics and patient services around Honolulu. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for clinic supplies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with patient education. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
