Foxglove Hollow Telecom is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for billing accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for billing accounts. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with outage reports. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Hartford, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
