Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Hartford, CT)

Fernwood Harbor Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Hartford. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for visit scheduling. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with licensing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Hartford, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
