Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Hartford, CT)

Bluepeak Ivory Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Hartford with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for fleet maintenance. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with landfill records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
