Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Hartford, CT)

We are growing our team at Northwind Cross Energy and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for meter readings. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with service connections. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
