Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Hartford, CT)

Lumen Willow Financial Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for regulatory reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 167 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for regulatory reports. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with customer onboarding. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Hartford, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
