Bluepeak Lantern Medical is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for complaint handling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for complaint handling. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with clinical evaluations. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
