Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Hartford, CT)

Westbrook Summit Construction Group delivers building projects for owners across the Hartford region. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for project schedules. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with subcontractor invoices. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
