Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Hartford, CT)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Timber Medical and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for complaint handling. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
