Rivermark Ashton Foods is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for cold storage, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for cold storage. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with allergen controls. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Hartford, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
