Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Grand Rapids, MI)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Cross Foods and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 54 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for allergen controls. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with customer specifications. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
