What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for pipe repairs. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
