Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Grand Rapids, MI)

Stonegate Ashton Civic Services Group supports public agencies in Grand Rapids with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for constituent requests. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with procurement. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
