Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Fresno, CA)

We are growing our team at Cedar Glen Health Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for insurance authorisations. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with referrals. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
