Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Fresno, CA)

We are growing our team at Nova Loom Insurance and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for claims. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with policy renewals. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
