Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Fresno, CA)

Silverline Juniper Civic Services Group works with county and city offices around Fresno. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for public records. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with procurement. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
