Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Fresno, CA)

Lumen Transit Planning Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for fare systems, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 157 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for fare systems. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with accessibility audits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
