Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Fresno, CA)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Hollow Energy Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for usage data. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with billing disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
