Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Fresno, CA)

Amberfield Rowan Foods Group produces packaged foods at its Fresno plant, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 185 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for allergen controls. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with ingredient orders. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
