Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Fresno, CA)

We are growing our team at Cedar Loom Insurance and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 165 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for catastrophe response. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with customer complaints. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
