Foxglove Fern Energy is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for usage data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for usage data. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with billing disputes. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
