Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Fort Worth, TX)

Silverline Oak Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Fort Worth, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for fleet maintenance. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with recycling loads. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
