Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (El Paso, TX)

Ironwood Quill Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around El Paso, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for service alerts. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with route schedules. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
