Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Juniper Energy and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of about 725 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for hardship programmes. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with outage response. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
