Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Thistle Insurance Partners and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for catastrophe response. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with underwriting files. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
