Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (El Paso, TX)

Lumen Care Services provides in-home and community support in El Paso. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for caregiver training. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
