Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (El Paso, TX)

Stonegate Linden Civic Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for constituent requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for constituent requests. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with case files. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
