Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (El Paso, TX)

Fernwood Haven Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in El Paso. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for training materials. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with complaint handling. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
