Northwind Medical is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for clinical evaluations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for clinical evaluations. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with training materials. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
