Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (El Paso, TX)

Foxglove North Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in El Paso producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 21 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for clinical studies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with cleanroom operations. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
