Cedar Juniper Health is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for patient scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for patient scheduling. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
