Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Summit Cobalt Construction Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of about 636 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for subcontractor invoices. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with safety records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
