Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (El Paso, TX)

Rivermark Ridge Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in El Paso producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for quality documentation. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory filings. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
