Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Detroit, MI)

Greenridge Pike Insurance Group sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Detroit, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for underwriting files. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with premium billing. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Detroit, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
