Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Detroit, MI)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Hollow Care Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for visit scheduling. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with caregiver training. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
