Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Detroit, MI)

We are growing our team at Lumen Glen Inspection Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for client sites. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with certifications. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
