Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Detroit, MI)

We are growing our team at Northwind Quarry Banking Services Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of about 481 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for branch operations. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
